 M4001 is apply to kinds of water retention and BWG meat. It is as same as the product optibalance of Innophos Holding Inc in America.

Character: white powder, white granulate, soluble in water.

Main ingredients: it is composited by dimerization phosphate, tripolyphosphate and polyphosphates.

Hygienic standard: GB2760.

Usable range: all kinds of meat.
