Our soils are located mainly on the hills of Corbières Boutenac, in the heart of the Corbières appellation, considered as the best terroir of this region.
Soil
Soil, clay and limestone, has a very favorable microclimate for growing grapes. The sun exposure lead to exceptional vineyard harvesting grapes at full maturity. The altitude coolness helps reduce the risk of drying grapes.
Winemaking and aging
Grapes are harvested at full maturity (maximizing the potential aromatic), destemmed, maceration of 10 days and aging during 8 months, under temperature control. A part of the Merlot is kept and aged in oak casks for 12 months at least.

The tasting
Syrah is one the most aromatic grape. Its intensive colours, with purplish nuances, are a guarantee of success for youth generation.
