Our soils Côtes de Bordeaux are concentrated in the upper Saint Philippe d'Aiguille (aiguilhe of castle), which is renowned for being one of the highest points of Gironde. These soils are a direct extension of the soils of Saint-Emilion, in the area Castillon.
The beautiful minerality of clay and limestone soil produces a wine that combines power and finesse. The roundness of Merlot (80%) is associated with the density and complexity of Cabernet Franc (20%).
This wine is rich, concentrated and also fruity, characteristic of these highly qualitative clay and limestone soils.
