Deriving from natural soybean and healthy non-pulluting, the soybean soluble polysaccharide is an acidic polysaccharide, and obtained form soybean residue(after isolating soybean protein or soybean curd) through enzyme extraction, separation, fine, sterilization, drying and other processes 

And its molecular structure similar to spherical is composed of the main chain of galacturonoglycan, rhamno-di-galacturonoglycan and the neutral branched chains made up of araban and galactose, where part of the branched chains contain polymerization protein, with glycosidoprotein emulsification 

And its molecular weight is 50001*106U. White powder, no beany flavor, no sweet, easily soluble in water, acid-alkali resistance, thermostabilization and salt tolerance, this product is used as not only one of emulsion stabilizer, humectant and starch retrogradation inhibitor, but also one of water-soluble dietary fiber and green food additive.
