JAIPUR JALFREZI SAUCE
The ‘Pink City’ of Jaipur and the surrounding deserts and mountains of Rajasthan were once the kingdoms of Rajput Royal Warriors. The region gave rise to many flavoured Indian dishes, among them Jalfrezi. Flavoured with fried Onions and Garlic, and marinated in Coriander, Cumin and Ginger, this spicy dish was a frequent feature on the tables of the Warrior Princes. Tiger Tiger have captured all the wonderfull flavours perfectly in this delicious Jaipur Jalfrezi sauce, an aromatic blend of Tomatoes, Peppers and Spices, good enough for a banquet.
