vermicelli is consisted of starch of mung bean/other beans(such as: peas) and corn,the quality of vermicelli is determined by the percentage of starch of Mung bean and corn: more higher the percentage of starch of mung bean is , more better the quality is. We export pure green mung bean vermicelli to Japan, but the price is highest, the price was almost double than mixed bean vermicelli, the ingredients of mixed bean vermicelli are pea starch, corn starch and water.
