Sundried tomatoes are added to the traditional pesto with a pinch of hot pepper.
Made from fresh ingredients, these intense sauces are enough for 1 kg of of pasta or can be extended by adding equal amounts of olive oil to the sauce. Pesto rosso can also be used as savory spreads or during your BBQ on meat.
Ingredients: extra virgin olive oil, sundried tomatoes, fresh basil of Liguria, cashew nut, dehydrated grated cheese, pine nut, garlic, salt, chilli pepper
