Sundried tomatoes are added to the traditional pesto with a pinch of hot pepper.
Made from fresh ingredients, these intense sauces are enough for 1 kg of of pasta or can be extended by adding equal amounts of olive oil to the sauce. Pesto rosso can also be used as savory spreads or during your BBQ on meat.
