We have a selection of different Barolo d.o.c.g. wines.

This wine is produced by Giorgio and Grazia:

Grape-variety: 100% Nebbiolo
Alcohol: 13,5%
Ageing: in big oak barrels and barrique for 36 months, in bottle for 6 months
Cellar life: 10-15 years in optimum conditions
Tasting notes: Ruby red with maroon-orangey highlights; dry, full bodied, austere, tannic and quite sapid.
Pairings: barbeque, venison, cacciatora stew, and seasoned cheese
Serving temperature: 18°- 20°C
Storage: bottle lying down
