Brachetto d’Acqui is a red Italian DOCG wine, produced in Piemonte region, in the province of Alessandria and Asti. The wine is produced from the Brachetto grape, it’s a fashionable sweet aromatic wine, with floral hints, delicate taste and low alcohol.
Brachetto d’Acqui D.O.C.G., sparkling or still, is a perfect match for sweet and savoury dishes. It’s perfect with fruits, exalting the taste of strawberries and peaches of the summer season, but excellent with dried fruit, such as walnuts, hazelnuts, almonds, pistachios, and figs. It is ideal with its most traditional pairing: the dessert.
