System is a whole. It consists of salt melting, filtering, pasteurized milk, raw milk and pasteurized brine storage tanks, all material is made of AISI 316. System prevents salt consumption and undesired bacteria on the cheese. It pasteurizes on the daily bases and also you can adjust the salt consantration as standard.
