Working and Usage:
TBH-150 have been designed suitable for boiling with steam. The basic material can be put in are fresh curd, curd and cheeses processed at low temperature. The goods have been put in the machine are splitted with the back and forth movement of the spirals. The filtered steam is contributed directly into the machine.The product can be processed at demanded temperature and form with heating from the skin. With running the spirals forward, the product can be sent to the front cover and with opening the cover, the product is evacuated to the transfer spital.
Products can be obtained from the machine:
Kasseri, mozzarella, pizaa cheese, braid cheese, string cheese. cecil cheese and so on.
Structural Features:
1.The interior reservoir of the machine is blasted to avoid the adhesion.
2.It has 6 steam injectors. Without steam the machine does not work.
3. The machine is isolated with rockwool to avoid the loss of heat.
4. Spirals can work independently.
5.Both 2 spiral motors are 7.5KW double speed.
6.Spirals can be removed and adjusted practically.
7.The bearings of the machine have been supported with teflon and leakproofing componets.
8. The top cover of the machine is with manuel compression and escape - proof joint ring system.
9.Theproducts evacuation cover of the machine has the pneumatic openging-closing and locking system. It has the escape- proof joint ring.
10. PT100 thermocouple is used in the temperature sensor.
11. The electric system has the IP65 safety component.
