It is produced by a perfect design. Heat transfer rate is too high. Easy to clean and cooling process is used in the single or double revolution. In the water processer, single revolution for water and double revolution (hot water, product heating) for milk and other products are used. Bodies are stainless stell. Interval blocks were produced by stainless thin metal plates.
The spindle that the plates hanged is pressed. When the machines disassembled, plates remain regular. Its maintenance is easy to do. The sealants are engaged in the import plates and pasting in the domestic plates. In the coolers the sealant material is NBR and in the heating it EPDM is used. Upon request PID heat control system can be assembled in th plates.
