CR series massor type mixer changes the conventional working mode of roller type mixer and adopts the working mode that the internal horizontal blade shaft, not the tank body rotates. It has the advantages that the volume of tank body can be effectively utilized and more meat can be charged into the tank. The specially designed blade can perform meticulous massaging on meat during process so as to increase the efficiency. It can also avoid the surface scratch on meat during process so as to better protect the natural meat structure. All material can be overall and evenly massaged without hurt in the machine. The mixing shaft speed of the CR series massor type mixer can varies within 2-20rpm, which can be steplessly adjusted so as to meet the requirements of low-speed massaging, vacuum food preserving and vacuum rolling. PLC is adopted for automatically controlling the massaging speed, service time and intermittence time, setting vacuum degree and displaying technical parameters of each process. The discharge port is specially designed so as to facilitate the operation. As for the machine, model of which is lower than 1000L, the front tank port can be easily opened for the convenience of cleaning.
