The meat grinder is used for cutting up the block material into particles with different sizes according to the process requirements in order to sufficiently mix it with other additives and meet the requirements of different products. The meat grinder can be provided with a two-level rough reaming structure comprising two orifice plates and a reamer for cutting up the meat into particles diameter of which is bigger than 7mm. The meat grinder can also be provided with a third-level fine reaming structure comprising three orifice plates and two reamers for cutting up the meat into particles diameter of which is within 3-5mm. The temperature rise of reamed meat is less than 2℃ according to test.
The machine adopts two reaming cases arranged in upper and lower parts respectively. The effective diameter of meat reaming case in upper part is enlarged in order to transmit the raw meat in hopper into the meat reaming case in lower part with even speed and feeding amount. The size of transmitted raw meat is bigger than the size of same type meat grinder with single meat reaming case. The raw meat feeding speed for meat reaming case in lower part is uniform and even so as to ensure the uniformity of reaming effect. All machine parts contacting the meat is made of superior stainless steel and meet the food sanitation requirements. The structure is designed for the convenience of easy dismantling and cleaning.
