By adopting mechanical driving mode, the machine can be used for perform injection with stable pressure on bone pork, beef and poultry (with skin). When the injection needle contacts the bone, the downward movement is stopped by the pneumatic spring to protect the needle. The air chamber pressure of pneumatic spring is adjustable in order to ensure no damage on the bone. Each needle is provided with an independent air spring to ensure the evenness of injection. Due to travel injection mode adopted, the injected salt water can be evenly distributed in meat so as to increase the injection efficiency, ensure no local water bubble and finally retain the juice in meat. The injection part is provided with two needle bags so as to ensure better absorption effect of raw meat during injection and increase the injection efficiency.
The machine structure is made of SUS304 stainless steel. And the net-belt type conveyor is made of stainless steel guiding plates and can meet the requirements of processing small and big block meat. The used salt water is automatically cycled and filtered through multi-layer for reuse so as to reduce the failure rate of
needle blocking.
