DEscriptION:

CARMINE WS  50% is a bright red natural colorant which is obtained by aqueous extraction of cochineal (Dactyloplus coccus Costa). The pigment is subsequently dried using a Spray Dry.

APPLICATIONS:

CARMINE WS  50% Can be used to add color in beverages, confectionery, dairy, meat products, cosmetics and pharmaceuticals, etc.

RECOMMENDED DOSAGE

0.001% - 0.005% depending to the shade to want to obtained

PACKING:

Double polyethylene bags of 25Kg, inside a fiber drum.

STORAGE:

This product must be stored in a cool and dark environment at temperatures no more than 30ºC proper store is crucial to avoid possible degradation over time.

This product does not have to be labeled according to Regulations (EC) Nº1829/2003 and 1830/2003.

SHELF LIFE:
