  Instant Whole Milk Powder 28% is made from fresh whole milk which has been pasteurised, evaporated and then spray dried. IWMP is agglomerated and instantised for easy mixing into cold water. It has been enriched with vitamins A and D. It is used for repacking into consumer packs without further processing. It easily reconstitutes to produce a fresh, nutritious milk drink without lumping.

Shelf Life:
Instant Whole Milk Powder is packed into nitrogen or 
carbon dioxide flushed bags and while the bag is intact 
and the product stored in a cool dry area, it has a shelf 
life of 24 months from date of manufacture.
Storage Instructions:
Instant Whole Milk Powder is to be shipped in hygienic 
containers and stored in cool dry area in order to 
maintain the functional properties of the product. Milk 
powders have a tendency to absorb odours.

Bags are coded with factory registration number, 
cypher number, unit number (plant,  line, pallet), and 
date of manufacture (DD MMM YYYY), and expiry
