Well-defined, fruity bouquet with hint of vanilla.
Very silky on the palate. The tannin is already
pleasant and charming. Lovely, fruity aftertaste.
Recommendations :
Moderate. Drink with meat (entrecote à la bordelaise) game or cheese.
