Peas Pastizzi

The peas pastizzi consist of thin layers of crispy pastry folded in the shape of a triangle filled with savoury mashed dried peas and onions.

Ingredients
Water, wheat flour, vegetable margarine, salt, curry powder, mixed spices, pepper, onions and peas.

Storage
Keep Frozen at -18°c
Shelf Life – 6 months

Cooking Instructions
For best results cook from frozen. Pre heat oven to 220°c (gas mark 7) and place pastizzi on a baking tray in the upper half of the oven. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes until golden brown. Serve as part of the morning breakfast or as a quick snack.
